Anyone using pregnancy belly support belts for soothing back pain and helps in pain relief during walking and doing chores while standing. Please suggest some you have experience with. 32 weeks and need something to support the growing belly

Cant speak to the fancier ones, but I just got one off temu. It's not for long walks/exercise, but good for when you're stepping out and need to be on your feet for a while

I got one from the physio for PGP and I don’t find mine helps very much to be honest!😩
