@Rebecca haha honestly idk how I got through it, lots of position changes, waking and using a comb to squeeze. I also had my AirPods with some relaxing songs I love. It was definitely intense!!
@Deena it was rough there around 8cm, but I once I hit 8 I thought it’d be another half hour but it was about 7 minutes before I needed to push out, the nurses told me not yet and I’m just thinking I cannot possibly hold this sensation in! Overall super cool experience!
So awesome!! Glad you got your unmedicated birth! I’m hoping for the same but also scared. My feet are KILLING me to stand or walk so idk how much I’ll be able to walk and also man I cannot for the life of me bend and get on my knees or on the ground idk if it’s balance or swelling in my feet. Did you do positions that involved getting down onto your knees / the floor?
@Rebecca I did but I did them on the bed because I was not gonna get on that hard floor on my hands and knees, like no way lol
