Restless legs..

I appear to be getting restless legs of a night 🥲. Anyone else got this? What do you do?

Magnesium has always helped me with restless legs x

I get it when I’m really tired or after a leg day workout. It’s awful and i hate it. It makes me so irritable. I find a leg massage help xx

I get it and it seems to be related to like a low level pain. Tylenol before bed takes care of the problem.

I remember my dad getting this out of the military when I was little & he would do squats next to the bed until it relieved within 5 to 10 minutes. I remember getting that pregnant with my 1st & I asked a nurse if light working out was safe & they said absolutely, it also worked for me!! Given I was getting enough nutrients, cereal daily, calcium with loads of water mixed with some juice lol. I didn't make an appointment I just called my ob office and a nurse was so nice to chat with me/ called me back

Also make sure if you drank caffeine before it's safe to continue in recommended daily amount! I almost became anemic bc I thought with this baby I had to cut down to 5oz of coffee a day lol, now I'll drink some coffee in morning & something light caffeineted 3/4pm

Magnesium oil is a quick fix for when it does happen. It helps quick

For tired legs, it also helps to prop it up on a pillow when you sleep. X
