Need advice/feedback!😩

Alright mamas I need your experiences! I’ve been in a serious amount of pain for majority of my pregnancy whether it be laying in bed, rolling over, trying to sit up/get out of bed , sitting, and even walking now that I’m further along. I talked to my doctor several times about this we’ve tried a support belt, we’ve tried exercises, we’ve tried sleeping with 2 pillows, and etc nothings worked. My most recent appointment I brought it up because it’s gotten to the point where I’m in so much pain I’m in tears so they prescribed me a prescription called Cyclobenzaprine (a muscle relaxer) it’s only 10mg and I take 1 3x daily as needed. Of course they said If baby moves less I have to go to the ER so now I’m terrified to even take it and wanted honest opinions if anyone else has taken this. I’ve looked it up and seen it’s safe but other opinions say it’s not. I just don’t want to be in this amount of pain anymore but I also don’t want to take anything that will hurt my baby so please any feedback would be great ! (Also so everyone knows I’m in my 3rd trimester I’m 32 weeks)

I had to take cyclobenzaprine earlier in my pregnancy for super bad pain. It did help. I only took it at night tho cause it makes me super drowzy/groggy. Baby is still healthy. I've since been able to stop taking it entirely; it just took my body a bit while taking it to realize it didn't need to do what it was doing first.

Same with Maia, at first I took it most of the days when I was home and recovering the severe back pain. Once I started to feel better again I only took it as needed and at night as it also made me pretty relaxed/sleepy. Haven’t taken it in a while not but I also was given lidocaine patches to help with the back pain, mostly because of HG and severe vomiting would just kill my back and pull on muscles which caused the pain. That and Icy Hot massages on my back mostly at night when needed as well. The belly support band has made a huge difference for me, I wear it consistently at home and out and about anytime I’m walking. Oh and Epsom Salt baths for aches and soreness is amazing at night or even during the day when needed. We’re almost there though, hang in there! 🩷

I’m in the same boat, I plan on taking crampbark supplements to see if it’ll help since I don’t like all the chemicals in medication. I rarely take Tylenol as is. If you’re worried about that specific medication hurting the baby, you could look into a more natural supplement
