How much/ how long are people walking in their third trimester? I’m struggling @ 30 weeks 😭

I aim for 10k steps a day. But I am slower every day, so I take it easy lately

I am quite active still and tend to hit between 10k-15k steps a day. But I am chasing two toddlers around at home and I find it easier to parent outside the house so we tend to go out with lots of local walks and making the most of this weather! But my previous pregnancy I suffered really badly with PGP and was off work from 20 weeks and you wouldn’t have caught me doing anywhere near this last time! Listen to your body and what it needs ♥️ xx

I am not great tbh I tend to struggle with even walking the dogs and keeping up with my partner etc tbh I get stitch pain and out of breath really easily, I normally do around 8,000 steps a day still but I do have a 2 year old to chase 😂x

I was the dog twice a day, 30-45 mins each walk, but I’m noticing I’m much slower now. I did a 1.5 hr walk on Sunday with family and by the end I was struggling with my bump feeling heavy

I can only really manage walking around the house (more like a waddle than a walk now!!) and don’t go out much now as I am really struggling with feeling faint/dizzy, low blood pressure and pelvic girdle pain. Haven’t put my Apple Watch on so don’t know how many steps I do but it’s not much at all 😅 feel like I should be doing so much more but I just can’t 🙃

I’ve hardly done any the whole pregnancy through nausea and tiredness tbh… probably around 5k a day. I’m so out of breath all the time

I’ve been suffering with PGP for weeks and weeks now so walking is just so uncomfortable/painful 😖

I’m chasing after a toddler for about 4 days a week and the other days I’m working at my desk, my steps tend to range from 3k a day to 9k a day. I’m also carrying a rather large baby so I am extremely uncomfortable at 32 weeks. Even then, I am more active this pregnancy than I was with my first. I think each pregnancy is different and you just need to do the best you can! Listen to your body

Around 10 - 15k steps a day, not including this week in the holidays where we haven't done much! Hoping to go out for a walk tomorrow because I cant stop eating either 🤣🙈

I aim for 6K steps or at least 30 minutes of activity.

I’m 30 weeks & can just about manage walking to and from work (15-20 minutes each way), and a little bit of walking while in work. X

Some days I do about 13-15k some days I do like 100 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 depends on the day
