@Kathryn what are "safe foods"? And why Popsicles?
The things you enjoy that don't trigger nausea. I found Popsicles helped me, maybe because of the freezing temperature.
I have it all day and it lasted until end of month 4 last time. I make sure I am eating lots of small meals and I eat crackers when it's really bad.
I had nausea all day from weeks 7-9 but thankfully seems to be subsiding... Just eat small snacks when you can, keep your "safe foods" stocked, eat popsicles, and my Dr gave me a prescription too
