Anyone experienced something similar?

Ever since my little guy was around 3-4months old I've noticed a strong right hand preference. I wrote it off for a while, but started noticing it was getting to the point of delayed motor milestones. Didn't roll till 7 months, but only in the direction where he could use his good arm to help with momentum. He's finally able to roll both ways.he cant sit because he can't use his arm for balance, no where near crawling or pushing up because of it. Doctor wants to wait it out for a bit longer, but I'm concerned. He occasionally uses it to support a toy, but it's almost always in a fist, and when he does use his fingers, they look tense and awkward. Good range of motion in his arm and stuff when I lift it. My other babies never had any issues like this, so I'm at a loss :/ anyone know what could cause this? Picture of how he closes his fist usually

I know not everyone agrees with chiropractic work but if you can find a chiropractor who specializes in babies I would suggest taking him to one. My chiropractor is Webster certified so she works on pregnant mamas and their babies. She has fixed my son’s torticollis and a random head nodding thing he was doing. Listen to your instinct it’s there for a reason!

Keep going back to the doctor until they take you seriously! You know your baby best and if you're worried I'd go back and demand to see a specialist!x

Does the hand open? Or is it always in that position?

@Roz it does open, but he tends to keep it this way majority of the time.

@Becca Hard to say from just a picture but of course have to rule out anything more serious…
