Mucus plug ?

Is this part of my mucus plug or just discharge?. I’m 40+4 and tonight my sickness has come back so I haven’t been able to sleep. Been getting some pains for the last hour that are more intense than they have been. Not sure if I’m just constipated as I have been the past few weeks and often get pains like this before I go. However tonight it seems a lot worse so I’m wondering if this is the start of labour. The pains seem to be every 5 minutes for about 30 seconds
