I have the same thing! I think mine is from having a toddler as well as a 4 month old.
My hips still feel loose and my ribs pop a lot too now which I’ve never had before 🫤
I’m sorry about your hip pain! I had similar pain and what I did to help was I would use a roller on the inside of my thighs. I did this 2x a day and I saw pain subside within a week. I wonder if trying this would help? If you don’t have a roller maybe a tennis ball would do the trick.
@Kijahne I feel like stretching does nothing at this point 🥴
@SarahGrace I only have the one little boy but man that 3rd trimester I felt like my hips were breaking and it hasn't gotten any better 😩
@Celia I keep seeing that it's possibly a hormone thing but I have no idea 😭 it's sooooo uncomfortable
@Rachel I'll definitely try that! It's been so uncomfortable and I've just been taking anti-inflammatories and using a heating pad. Stretching doesn't seem to do a whole lot.
In my culture, we do wrapping after giving birth. My ribs really hurt after giving birth, after wrapping for 10 days, I do not have the pain anymore. Try out a wrap that wraps your ribs & hips like this one:
@Rachel I had one similar that I used for a few weeks because I had a C-section! It was pretty uncomfortable but I endured what I could with it
I still ha e pain on my dstrs lips 🥴😳
@Yessi Naomi ouch 😭
Same I attempted to start stretching and working out more but my legs feel almost too weak but I did gain 80lbs so maybe that’s why 🤣😭
