22 weeks and don’t feel I’m showing much - but organs are feeling it

I’m 22 and a half weeks pregnant and a 5ft 2” plus size girl of a UK 20. My weight really piled on following various hormone medications to treat my endometriosis & PCOS as before this I was a petite size 10. Obviously people look at me and think I’m eating unhealthy and doing it to myself as eve after a few years off the medication I can’t shift the weight. I don’t feel like I’m showing very much at the moment feel more like I’m putting on weight that growing a bump if that makes sense, and baby seemed very cramped and low down still at 20 week scan. Sonographer had no concerns but since then I’ve suffered with pelvic pain/presssure feels like pushing down below & gastric trapped air where my organs are obviously squashed. Has anyone else been suffering with pains etc and feel they aren’t showing much but pressure is building on their organs as baby still low?

Hey, also 5ft 2 and around a size 18/20 and I feel you! I’m 24+4 and I feel like baby is starting to move up a little now he’s growing but he loves LOVES to be pushing down on my bladder. It’s so sore sometimes especially when he wriggles and kicks! Also at 22 weeks I wasn’t showing much but in the last week things have popped a lot! I have had to abandon all pre-pregnancy clothes and now into full maternity wear. My old baggy tops are now skin tight. Very humbling but the first time in my life I’ve been happy to have a bit belly 🤣🤣 x

I’m so glad I’m not the only one!! I had to ditch most of my pre pregnancy clothes a few weeks ago and jump into maternity clothes so I know I’m growing, I just can’t see the “bump”. Hubby says I’m made and that it’s obvious but mum etc say I’m not showing much and carrying all around rather than just at the front. I’m hoping that as I’m about to enter 23 weeks things will start to “pop” a bit more now. Omg I’m with you on the bladder kicks!! Baby for me is breech most of the time which I don’t think helps xx
