Sudden bottle struggle
18 week old (7 weeks early) used to reliable take 130ml bottle every 2 hours. This past week were struggle to get him to take around 80ml every 2-3 hours.
He starts ok then starts arching his back and turning his head in every direction.
Frustrating as I worry he’s not eating enough/ will lose weight.
Any suggestions as to cause or solutions?

Sorry, I should have added I tried moving up teat as initially he had been smacking the bottle with his hand but seemed he would take a lot quickly then refuse anymore after the break. So went back to size 1 where he takes the same volume slowly
How long of a break do you give, baby? If baby doesn't want it how about trying again with the rest of the bottle in 20 minutes? But with the size 2 teats? Is baby bringing up burps OK?
My boy has been rejecting his bottle for two weeks now then we noticed a tooth about to burst through so maybe it’s something similar?
We went through this a few weeks back.i changed bottle and baby is happy drinking her milk
