Feet in cold water is amazing!! I had a newborn in the 40 degree heat in summer 2022 and that got me through 🤣
My baby is due next week, perfect timing not to be pregnant anymore 😂
Honestly I was hot enough today and it was 16 degrees 😵💫🤣
I was pregnant at this stage during the last 40 degree heatwave 2022 as gave birth in September. Few tips: -take off your rings now you’ll swell up and don’t want to have them cut off a few of the mums on here ended up at A&E to get their off. - Panty liners 😂 extra pants. -stock ice in the freezer. - if it does get very warm. Bowl of water and ice behind your fan at night and an ice bowl next to bed with flannels to cool your body. - if you’ve still got a month left get a long floaty dress tent style you can’t beat them. - treat yourself to really comfy sandals you’ll get use of those on Mat leave anyway this year. - big bowl of simple salad in fridge as your not going to want to cook.
I’m hot on the days it’s like 8 degrees outside 🫠
@Jess omg me too, I’ve been having my fan on constantly the last few weeks 😂 I’m sure my fiancé hates me at night coz he’s freezing 🥲
@Kirsty I’ve been the same I’ve had windows open and fan on every night my partners wrapped up like a burrito and I’ve got no covers on and I’m still hot 😂
I'm looking at it like - no need for leggings 😀
