I'm a believer of they will come when they're meant too regardless what you do, but eating pineapples, walking, bouncing on birthing ball, sex are all meant to help I tried all with my first and he was still a week late and has been late and lazy ever since 🤣
@Lauren i could have written this comment myself! The only thing I didn’t try before full term was clary sage oil, because I heard it can be quite powerful in triggering labour, and I was a bit too cautious. I also read that it’s best to only use it under midwife supervision or after consulting them. After 40 weeks, though, I did try it in the bath and also diffused it a bit, but it didn’t work for me, my little one arrived ten days later😊
I tried absolutely everything with my first. I mean every single thing! I was crawling up stairs, sex, dates, raspberry leaf tea, curries, massages, nipple stimulation, sweeps, pedicures, curb walking, birthing ball, miles circuit… literally everything under the sun. I even tried just doing nothing. My son came at 42 weeks via induction 🤣
Sex, curb walking, spicy food, eating dates, raspberry leaf tea, collecting colostrum/pumping, acupuncture x
