I eat 3 times a day plus snacks. I try to make sure I’m nourishing my body with every meal/ snack. For breakfast I have a big bowl of Greek yogurt with blueberries and strawberries. I have nuts mid morning, lunch is usually protein and vegetables, mid afternoon more fruit and for dinner protein, vegetables and 1 portion of carbs. I haven’t gained much weight.

Breakfast and lunch I stay pretty healthy and nutritious and dinner could be… a toss up cause that’s when the cravings hit and baby boy wants chips and chicken nuggets lol I’m also somewhat active and walk an hour every day + gym 2x per week. I’ve gained maybe 8 lbs so far at 23 weeks!
I eat once or twice a day. Some days I’m just not hungry and if I force myself, I will throw up. I haven’t gained any weight because I lost any 20 pounds first trimester. I’m gaining back the weight but not up to 20 pounds yet
Eat more small meals a day! And if it makes you feel better, I started at 118 and I’m at 137 at 23 weeks. I am making an effort to make healthy choices, but I’d make an effort to eat smaller more frequent meals! Your body needs more during pregnancy. If your doctor isn’t worried, try not to fuss too much and try to be conscious about the food choices you’re making rather than the actual weight.
I eat 4 times a day. I have breakfast when I start work around 7am then essentially a solid lunch at 10/11 then a pretty big snack around 2 and light dinner around 5. Sometimes a cheese stick before bed.

I wasn't hungry at first, but now I can't stop eating. I just at a bagel at 930 and it is 1010 and im thinking of what is next 🤔 SMH
Gaining weight during pregnancy is normal and HEALTHY! Make sure you AND the baby are getting enough nutrients, that’s most important
