Bleeding 8dpt5dt
Hi, I started bleeding today. I'm extremely heartbroken. I am supposed to test Tuesday but most likely a fail. I thought if I was on progesterone then I wouldn't bleed until clinic told me to come off progesterone (if I had tested negative)? Has anyone experienced this with a cycle before?

I bled around this time after my FET and panicked thinking it hadn’t worked, caved and tested there and then because if it hadn’t worked I just wanted to know, and I had a blazing positive. So don’t worry too much. My clinic advised I increased my progesterone pessaries, so definitely call them to discuss.
@Christina thanks for your reply lovely. I contacted the emergency number twice and they said to just continue with the pessaries and to test on Tuesday. Its such a difficult time I just want to know what's happening
@Soph thanks lovely for your reply. Well this is how I feel but I'm scared to test again as I had a negative yestday
At 8dpt, your result is going to be pretty definitive if you can’t wait until tomorrow to test x

I’m so sorry to hear this. Definitely contact your clinic tomorrow for guidance. Bleeding in early IVF pregnancies is very common - so if you’re only bleeding a little, or if it stops within 24 hours, everything can still be okay. Your clinic may get you to up your progesterone etc. I really hope everything is okay - I had a big bleed at 5 weeks and needed to increase progesterone.
