Induction
Hello,
I’m getting induced on Saturday at 39+6 and baby boy wasn’t engaged at my appointment today. I’m hoping that there’s something I can do to try and bring baby into a better position, does anyone have any tips I could try?

I went for a walk around the zoo the day before my induction. When she put the rods in, I was 1cm x

Go on the longest walk you can manage. This happened to me the first time saw the midwife baby not engaged and booked in for an induction. I then did a 6mile walk with the dog and went into labour that night!
