Cramps!

Hello this is my second pregnancy and I’ve had some awful cramps last two days on and off. I would describe it to be a bit more than a period pain? I’m 8 weeks. I have other symptoms of healthy pregnancy like sore boobs, on and off nausea…. No bleeding or back pain. I wondered if it was because I’m doing too much (been in New York on honeymoon so done loads of walking!!!) wondered if anyone else was experiencing cramps around this point. So hard not to think the worst!!
