There’s a downward dog position you can use with feet on the sofa and lots of posture movements, hip opening exercises etc. I flipped my breech baby that way. However you can still give birth to baby even if she’s breech, often they advise against it because it’s easier to offer c-sections for them, so they don’t see natural breech births now. Depending on your hospital, I would enquire for an experienced midwife/doctor when you go into labour just in case she stays there. Good luck! ❤️
My first was breech basically the entire pregnancy and I tried all the moves/positions and nothing worked for me so I tried the ECV but even that didn’t work and he flipped straight back as soon as they let go!
i did lots of bouncing on a birthing ball and when i got told my little boy was breech and by the next scan he had turnt to head down xx
There’s a great website with loads of resources and exercise you can do to help baby to turn. It’s called Spinning Babies ☺️
My baby was also breech at 34 weeks. The midwife said I would feel the movement if she flipped, didn’t really do much apart from hang upside down off the sofa a few times😂. Didn’t think it worked because I felt no huge movements by the time I went for my 36 week scan she was in the perfect position and has stayed there ever since, I’m now 40+3!
I found out my baby was breech at 37 weeks, and when I turned up 2 days later at the appointment to potentially have her turned round she’d turned herself back round!
Lots of movements from you, walking, Bouncing on a ball etc. she can move!
