Cramping

Just wondering if any has experienced cramping in the sides and under the rib cage. Feels like my abdomen is being twisted, I’ve been to triage and they’re not concerned as I’ve no lower stomach and pain and no bleeding but she said ligament pain gets worse the more children you have, this is my second. Just worried more than anything. At my 12 week scan last week everything was totally fine
