I can’t stop eating but I can’t stop feeling sick or spitting things back up unlesss I make myself sick not sure what I’m supposed to do but never had hunger like this before

@Natalie im only a month in and the hunger amd mood swings are crazy least I know it’s not just me xxx
@Felicity no the hunger is real, I ate a 22inch pizza all to myself and when I finished I ate a mcdonalds 🤣🤣🤭 and little bits inbetween too, I actually cried because I couldn't stop eating. I'm now 26weeks and I don't normally eat breakfast but everyday I have to eat breakfast 😩 😋 but everything taste so much better

Yep the pregnancy hunger is real, I cried because I couldn't stop eating. It does pass after a few days I was like this around 12-15 weeks. I think it's a sign of a boy xxx
