That could be your period, I’m sorry. Maybe a chemical pregnancy. I’ve had the same before, although I was over 8 weeks pregnant, and that ended in a miscarriage.

Coming from your bum? Probably not concerning then, you've most likely just got a cut around your anus so it'll go away in a couple days. If it's dark or old looking blood it'd be more concerning.
