I have SPD/ pelvic girdle. Asked my midwife to refer me to physio, it helped to understand but look into exercises specifically for pelvic girdle and get a yoga ball. Also listen to your body! If I do too much one day I’m really paying for it the next! Hope this helps xx

Yes it’s awful. Keeping me awake at night constant cramps in my pelvis and hips. Don’t have much advice other than light movement
