Braxton Hicks??
So I've just been helped out of Asda with a trolley full of shopping because I was having Braxton Hicks contractions. I literally had to stop in the middle of my shopping every 5 minutes or so until the pain passed.
Back in the car things seemed to settle but now my back just feels uncomfortable and a bit like period pains. I feel quite nauseous and bowels have been looser today.
Please tell me this is normal for Braxton Hicks and it's not anything else!!

I’m not sure how this felt, but I once had Braxton Hicks as I was driving home and it was so uncomfortable my whole stomach tensed up and I couldn’t really cook at all when I got home, I just had to lay down. I ended up going to triage and they monitored the baby and it was just Braxton Hicks but i’d rather check it out if I were you…
