I go to the little kids yoga at blooma. I really like that class. But in terms of going to prenatal yoga I would recommend it. I went to yoga through my pregnancy and I thought it was very beneficial.
I went during my pregnancy. Also went to barre there for a while. I found it so helpful. I would feel much more uncomfortable when I didn’t find time to go. Also think it may have helped for labor but hard to know since it was my first. They also talk through safe poses for pregnant people in all classes. It was great if I wanted to do a home workout I’d know what to do.
