Pain from carrying baby
Is anybody else getting pain from carrying their baby??? My 6 month old is 15 lbs (not even as heavy as most 6 month olds) and I’m starting to get really bad pain in my shoulder/neck/collar-bone areas from carrying or lifting her. Is anybody else experiencing this??

Same 🫠 I'm just waiting for her to be more mobile in a few months. Idk what else to do my back is killing me

Yes. I simply cannot hold him in a way that's good for my posture. I have a connective tissue disease though 💀. Honestly, I'd suggest doing physical therapy.
