Anyone have a breech baby.

As of now my baby is sunny side up. I am trying not to worry too much as I am 29 weeks. My first baby was head down from 20 weeks on. Does anyone have any tricks to flip baby?

Oh ya same here👋, baby girl is completely breech but there is still time with how they flip about before getting comfortable and engaging. I know kneeling on a sofr chair but forearms on the floor and swaying hips to help rotate baby is an exercise, and one I'm going for if need be.

My first baby was breeched and my doctor told me to do some posing to help with flipping baby. I used flipping a breeched baby videos. They make you hold tilted and upside down positions. It took anout 2 weeks and then boom baby flipped! And I knew right when he did because he did a wild movement in my body he was poking out so hard. Grateful it worked for me.

Pretty common to have a baby breech at 29 weeks. Both my kids were breech until about 34 weeks! Hang in there! If babe doesn’t flip you can look up stretches online that are supposed to help, but I wouldn’t stress too much yet!

i’m 30 weeks and my baby is breech too.

Hey, my baby is still breech too, I’m 30 weeks and 3 days. My doctor said there’s still time for him to turn. So i’ve been trying not to worry myself.

Sunny side up like face up or breech? Because they aren’t the same thing. Both need to be flipped for sure but Sunny side up means baby is head down but facing your belly and not your back.

@Stephanie sorry. I meant breech/head up. I thought they were the same thing.
