Ginger ale helped me the most with my first. That and peanut butter toast. You can call the GP for anti sickness meds that might help you

Eating was the only thing to stop it (or at least hold the the sickness at bay for a bit) when I had my son. Sickness with my daughter has been worse, nothing stopped it, I had to take sick days where I could, sleep helped, stopped at around 19 weeks but was getting better by 15/16 x
Get some anti sickness meds from gp, if the first set don’t work go back and get a new set, there’s multiple options. I’ll admit they weren’t perfect for me but they did help. And be sick when you need to be, slowing breathing and trying to avoid it could sometimes be worse and I’d feel better for 20 mins after it was out x
I went on cyclizine and it really helped x
Ginger biscuits and mint x
Vitamin b6
For me - Frequent small eating. Trying to get protein in. Ice lollies. Sour sweets.
I was just about to post the same thing. Was complaining about not having any symptoms and then week 8 has hit me like a truck. Been in the nausea trenches all week and headaches?? Anyone else getting headaches?
I was feeling so unwell I ended up telling my line manager yesterday
Because I couldn’t cope with now sick I was feeling
Even water….
@Sarah I've only had the headaches out of the pregnancy symptoms roulette. I take 1 paracetamol (safe for pregnancy and midwife advice from my pervious pregnancy) and top up on water. If I can I will try nap too but with a 1 year old changing around that's impossible
Ginger biscuits, polo's, tic tacs anything like that. Or you can go to the GP and ask for antisickness meds x
