Hot water bottle & period
Help! I'm 6 weeks pp & my period is back. I'm in agony as have endometriosis. I NEED heat on my tummy but in this weather especially it's making it difficult to breastfeed without getting my baby also hot. I'm obviously going without but it's torture as the pain is horrific 😢 does anyone have any tips?

@Amanda it's not enough, I can't be on my normal meds whilst BF. I lose clots the size of my palm 😢 it's horrific I can't believe it's back already
https://a.co/d/0Z1xosb I just recently bought this and it heats up well and has a massage option too. Just make sure you cover it before putting your baby on top just in case. But so far I only feel the heat on the inside part of it.
