Birthday ideas while pregnant

My son will turn 4 in June when I’ll be 30 weeks pregnant. We’ve always gone away for his birthday but don’t want to plan that this year, just in case. Any ideas of what we can do to make his day special that’s not too expensive but also fun as it will be his last birthday as an only child!
