@Natalie I’m on 4 tablets a day now x
Not sure how long you’ve been on 4 but I found it did take a bit of time to start working and helping. I was still sick throughout the day until recently (I’m 19 weeks tomorrow) but the tablets allowed me to function rather than stopping sickness completely. I was on prochloperazine prior to these but found they knocked me out but my sickness was better when I took those. Not sure if you’ve tried those or wanted to try ones? I think sometimes it can be a case of trying to see what works for you, I just don’t think any of them are instantaneous unfortunately 😔. Good luck - I know how tough this can be x
If it’s not working by now it might be worth trying a combination of anti sickness meds together. I think it should already work by now, I know many people take various anti sickness meds combined.
24 hours later I felt the sickness was significantly reduced. Maybe you need to use it alongside something else x
@Eva I’ve tried combinations but still not working for me unfortunately x
My doctor said the xonvea is for the nausea and others are for actual sickness. I currently take xonvea, cyclizine and ondesetron and I feel a lot better. I'm able to work and everything!
@Raychel I’ve just started taking ondansetron with them to see if it helps x
If you're coping well in terms of side effects with your current medication, I'd look into adding in another medication. Drugs that work by different mechanisms of action can have a synergistic effect that makes all the difference x
I hope the Ondansetron makes things a bit more manageable?
I saw a drastic improvement within 48 hours. Hope the condensation helps
How many weeks was you when you all started taking xonvea
@Paige 9 weeks
@Paige 8 weeks
@Megan I am on xonvea and ondansetron together it took a couple of weeks to see improvements x
Hey how many are you taking per day? You can have up to 4 (2 evening, 1 morn, 1 afternoon) - so you may need to increase your dose if you aren’t at the max. I’m still sick in the evenings but not mornings anymore. If you are at the max dose, might be that you need different meds xx
