Ginger tea! I’m 6 weeks preggo with my 2nd and I drank ginger tea for my first pregnancy and I’m doing it again. I drink about 1-2 cups a day.
Unisom saved my life. Half a pill or 1 full one a day. Start it at nighttime tho IF you decide you want to since it makes you sleepy. Its safe and recommended by obgyns even. Its over the counter version to like zofran or wtvr they try making u go to pay and get prescribed😭🤞🏽 vitamin b6 wasnt too bad during the day to sometimes help when i couldnt/didnt take the unisom yet or it didnt help by itself in that moment. The b6 doesnt make you sleepy at least. I did love the sleep i got off unisom lokey lol it helped in that department as well besides the naseau since ive always had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Part of why my pregnancy wasnt quite so bad😅 just be cautious with the b6 since sometimes it seemed like it did more harm than good lol and made me legit throw up. Hope this helps lol <3
@Abbie didn’t think lemonade would help. I’ll have to try that if it happens for me again. I’ve been having ginger with my second, same as with my first
Ginger biscuits help
https://a.co/d/37MPcJt preggie pops work well for me. i bought them with very low expectations but i was desperate and needed something that i can easily use on-the-go because somehow i always get the feeling when i’m at work and my job is very active. it’s also convenient to have them anywhere, your car, purse, your bedside. it works within seconds! specifically the moment you feel yourself getting to the edge and your mouth starts salivating 😩 they taste like sour jolly ranchers though so if you’re not into that or if you’re trying to avoid sweets/candy i wouldn’t recommend them. eating ice chips is also another go to for me, works well if you’re overheating & nauseous at the same time. for reference, my pregnancy nausea has always been on a low-moderate level — not sure how well my suggestions work with severe nausea… don’t quote me 🫣 but i’m pretty sure you’re willing to try any and everything at this point lol so i hope this helps. hang in there!
@Danielle yes! It’s better if it’s flat lemonade too x
I used to drink lemonade that helps with nausea or ice c
