Message me if you want. I have been trying to connect with people at similar stages!
I’m 5 weeks and 1 day this isn’t my first pregnancy but I’ve experiencing cramping/period like cramps as well. I know this is normal I did experience this before in my last pregnancy. But it’s making me so anxious it’s been off and on the last two days. I try and remind myself this is normal it’s just your belly making room for your baby 🙏
I've had cramps my whole first trimester so far (6+ weeks now). It's very normal. If it's painful in an unusual way, see your doctor, but from everyone I've asked, it's totally normal because your uterus is stretching, your ligaments / muscles are relaxing and changing, there's a lot going on down there! That being said, as a miscarriage survivor, I have been totally freaked out by the cramps now and then. Try to remember that you can trust your body. Your body knows what it's doing. Hang in there. I know the fear is natural and scary and I'm there with you. Everything is ok in this moment. Deep breaths.
@Chloe it's so scary but we got this !!
@Jasmine yes I need to talk more positively definitely scared haha thank you for sharing!!

I had horrific cramps with my daughter and went to the er to rule out an ectopic pregnancy and everything was all good. This time around I have been having significant cramping as well on and off. I'm 6w 1d and all is ok for now. My miscarriage I had was excruciating back pain at first. The cramps can definitely be alarming but I just take it easy and try to distract myself when they get bad. Hang in there 🙏
