Gym

I was a huge gym goer 4/5 times a week, even 5am workouts before work. Past 2 weeks the nausea and fatigue has hit so so soooooo hard I can barely make it once in the week. This makes me so anxious as gym is a really important part of me and my mental health.

Take some vitamin B6 (as P5P) and it helps with the nausea. I’m also a gym goer and being going once a week just because I’m feeling exhausted. I take vit B6 so my nausea is super mild, almost nothing. But I noticed that when I’m working out nausea gets a bit stronger.

Is that alongside the multivitamin?
