Help!

So my PP Bl33ding slowed right down and has come back with a vengeance. I’m assuming this is now just my p3riod, which have always been heavy since I started them. Pre pregnancy they were largely manageable and I knew that I’d need X amount of pads/time/pain relief etc for X amount of hours if leaving the house. I have barely left the house for more than a few hours since having my twins (via CS) but when I have, I’ve not really had any issues when it came to my bl33ding. Now, I can feel the cl0ts coming out, the bl00d is coming out like water…. I’m changing pads every 2 hours at least. I’m so tired all I really do is sleep, my partner has to wake me up when the twins wake up in the night because I’m so out of it… what do I do?

Hey, how many weeks PP are you? I had almost 4 weeks of joy after c-section birth, with my first one lasted less than 2 weeks. It kept coming and going , but not so heavy. My midwife told me to get checked up if I fill up a pad too quickly or I pass clots bigger than a coin, so you might want to be on the safe side, give them a call x

@Alexandra 5 weeks PP as of the Sunday just gone. Not quite filling the pad but am changing a lot just for comfort than anything else but the cl0ts are definitely bigger than a coin 😭 xx

Ive had this two its so heavy and not what i used to have

If this is unusual for you I’d call 111/GP as you can have a secondary PPH up to 12 weeks after birth. Or if it’s not stopping I’d get seen urgently
