Pelvic pain is really getting me down

I so active I love walking and weight lifting, but since 26.5 ish weeks (28+4) I've had awful pain down the front of my hips and mixed with lower back pain. Its really getting me down. Ive stopped certain exercises now and trying to reduce walking (hard with a dog!). Please any tips.. I have preg pillow, do yoga 1x a week (although I feel like this all started when I started a couple of weeks ago..), reduce walking as much as I can.. any supplements?? I have to admit but diet hasn't been 100% the past 2 weeks as ivr been so fed up and tired. Got a small bump and I have only really gained bump weight so far. Thanks so much x

I am the same, I’m 32 weeks now, have you tried a support belt, I find that helps a bit but it is frustrating when your so active, or that’s what I find x

I’m in the same boat as you. Speak to your midwife or gp to be referred to physiotheraphy. You can also ask for support belt. Or search on YouTube exercises to support pelvic pain
