I have it too but only at night. Really bad and I can feel my pelvic bone cracking when I turn over. Only thing that slightly helped was kegel exercises to slowly strengthen that area, but that has only helped a little bit.
I’m 34 weeks this week and I’m starting to really struggle with the pelvic pain, especially at night. It’s every time I turn over! I also start really slowing down during the later part of each day when I’ve been walking around all day, it’s awful x
Me ! This is my 6th pregnancy I had it in my last 3 from 16weeks. I feel you’re pain I can’t even put one foot in front of the other at the moment or bath the kids etc 😭 also 36 weeks. Sorry I haven’t found a magic cure I take codeine when I’m really bad but speak to your doctor if you feel you need some medication for pain. Xxx
