@Jess I did think this but it’s been two months since I stopped so I’m insure if I’d still have withdrawals? Do you think I should just wait to mention it at my 15 weeks appointment or pop them a call before that? I’m really out of sorts with it, I suffered horrendously with pre/post partum in my first pregnancy so I’d like a hold on anything like that before it hits if it is that xx
If your struggling now then I would give your midwive a call now...even if she just checks you and keeps an eye on you will hopefully make you feel a bit better. You shouldn't be struggling I hope your ok ❤️
Are these symptoms (elevated heart rate, insomnia, labored breathing, potential blood sugar issues) related to your chronic condition? Some conditions can be supercharged by pregnancy and cause new or worsened issues, especially if you've stopped your previous meds.Ask if you can come in early and discuss your symptoms. They should make sure the levels you're experiencing aren't dangerous to your baby and may be able to suggest a different medication or course of treatment to help you manage your issue during pregnancy.
Could it be a withdrawal from the medication? I would suggest mentioning to your midwife.
