Reducded movements

So from mid day Saturday I've noticed a big change in my baby's movements currently 34 weeks today. I went to triage on Sunday evening and they was happy with the monitoring so sent me home and told me to come back Monday morning if I was still concerned. I arrived at triage 8am on Monday as her movement through the night still wasn't the best I had three monitoring on Monday if which one didn't meet the criteria due to high heart rate. My last monitoring they told me the results looked text book and if I was happy with the few movements I felt there happy to sent me home. Even after there reassurance today and last even she still doesn't seem like her active self and feel silly going back to triage again for the same thing. I also had alot of tightening after I came back from triage yesterday which I didn't have before. Should I be going back again to get her checked feel like I'm wasting there timeb😢

I also have an ultrasound booked in for tomorrow evening

Please go to triage and mention tightenings as a new symptom. You’re not waiting their time, mothers have the best intuition about their babies.

@Imogen currently got my 19 month old at home going to call them when my partner gets home soon 😪

I can’t speak on the tightening but my baby’s movements changed at 33 weeks. She doesn’t kick much like before. It just feels like shifting/moving around. I guess this is her new normal. When I first noticed, I went to triage and I think she met criteria in 15 minutes. I also have an anterior placenta so I know I don’t feel every movement. It may actually be nothing but if you’re really concerned, go back into triage.

@Kimeka I had an anterior placenta with my first and with my second I've definitely noticed a big difference in how strong her movements normally are. The movements I've been feeling are little thuds every now and then but very low in my pelvis normally I can feel her movements all round my stomach so feel she's not herself atm

Go back and ask for a scan if you feel something is wrong! It’s likely all fine but so important to check
