Do you experience body pain most of the time everyday?

Honestly I always thought it was normal to have some sort of pain all day everyday. My husband has just told me that is in fact not normal and that he can go days without being in any pain at all. I've been in pain daily since I was like 10, that's not normal?

What’s has your pain been since you were 10? Seen anyone about it?

No it's not normal but yes I'm also usually in pain 😅

Yes I am in pain today my back is killing me it’s just one of those days

My bf thought he had some kind of pelvic inflammation that was causing him pain for about 6 months. He was doing crunches while driving and was always in pain. I made him an appointment with my chiropractor and come to find out, his hip was just dislocated. Definitely get it checked out. Could be an easier fix than you think.

@Cassie Mostly joint pain, my ankles, shoulders, and hips are always hurting. I used to sprain my ankles a lot and my shoulders slip out of place easily. In my teens I saw a couple doctors but it was always unhelpful. Lose weight, exercise more, etc.

Could you have EDS or any type of hypermobility issues? There is a spectrum for this. Usually affects joints and lots of sprains or dislocations since childhood is a sign of it. There are other signs as well you can look up that can help with a diagnosis. But you would need a specialist to confirm. I have HSD, not full blown EDS. But I always have some type of ache or pain usually.

I suffer from multiple chronic illnesses, so pain is unfortunately normal & daily for me If you’re having joint pains that sounds like a hypermobility or connective tissue issue, like some form of EDS. (There’s like 14 subtypes)

I have chronic pain in my right wrist. It’s a combination of multiple previous injuries, repetitive strain, and poor ergonomics.

Yes but I was born with scoliosis so unfortunately I've had back problems literally my whole life. Not bad enough to really limit me luckily, but I'm never not in pain to some extent. I've learned to live with it but it would be nice if it could go away lol

I broke my ankle almost 3 years ago and it hurts almost constantly.

Arthritis maybe?
