Yes me. How far along are you?

I’m 12 weeks today haven’t got my scan until Monday so I’m just hoping baby still growing normal because honestly I’m so sick I must eat one thing a day if that! Hope you’re doing okay it’s absolutely horrific isn’t it xx

Yeah it's shit. My midwife said try not to worry about baby cos they will take everything from you regardless of how you feel x

I’m just worried about the weight loss I’ve lost over a stone spending my days stuck in bed! Hoping it passes soon x

Hopefully you start turning a corner. What medication are you on? Xonvea is really helping me. If your over 12 weeks though you have other options available! X

I’m on prochlorperazine but not finding it to effective I think I need another trip the hospital anyway definitely dehydrated again! X

Yeah that didn't work for me at all! You could ask for xonvea or ondansetron xx

I definitely will thanks so much for recommendation! X

I'm also 12 weeks and have been diagnosed with moderate HG. My gosh it's been tough! I did lose some weight but luckily I have gained some weight again. I am on 4x Xonvea in combination with 3x cyclizine a day. Not sure whether it's the medicine but my symptoms now seem to come in waves rather than constant. I found Jude's milk ice lollies very helpful and for some reason sometimes dairy products seemed to help settle it for a bit. But it's been really tricky to eat things - I could not prep anything for myself so luckily my husband helped but I feel sorry for him as he prepped so many dishes with me not even being able to take a bite.. I also started drinking Actiph water as I thought it may help with hydration (but maybe I'm just falling for their Marketing) and I heard from a friend that sucking on ice cubes can also help. There are lots of support groups out there as well with more info and also info for family and friends to understand the condition better. I hope you will feel better soon!!!
