Pregnancy concern

I’ve been having period cramping pain for the last three days today it’s got really bad and is wrapping around my back. I’ve had a lot of discharge and think I’ve lost some of my mucus plug. Little boy is moving a lot more than usual. Has anyone experienced this? by the way, this is my second pregnancy. My first was a girl born at 37 weeks
