twitching

ok yall my little is 9 months and i have really started to notice her twitching a lot but only in her sleep and sometimes even awake her head will twitch towards her shoulder. is this normal or like am i just crazy!? i asked google and it said its a normal part of the development of her nervous system? i notice it a lot more in her feet but sometimes hands and her whole body. (edit to add she starts doing it immediately after falling asleep so i don’t think she could possibly be dreaming yet not that fast atleast?)
