Can stomach pain be a symptom of early pregnancy?? Or has anyone had this before ?
I’m so worried I’m 4 days late and I’ve never been late on my period. I’ve had this weird bellyache last 3 days am scarf of anything. Did take tests and they’re all coming bk negative???

No im just kinda going based off of the test I took it early in the morning
But I also took a plan b but idk I feel like it should be here by now but it’s not
