C section pain getting worse?

I'm 7weeks post partum and I would say after about 4 weeks I had little to no pain at all externally or internally Externally everything still seems fine but the last couple of days I have had pain inside (tender to touch/movement) on my left side, feels a bit crampy. I have a small amount of lochia (a pantyliner is plenty protection) and this hasn't changed at all, doesn't smell etc I exclusively breastfeed and had the contraceptive injection (depo) about 6 weeks ago Should I be worried?
