My fave from the boys list is Alexander (or just Xander would sound good with your surname). I think I’d go Xander Theodore. My faves from the girls are Rosalie, Juliette and Freya. Elizabeth is handy as there are so many shortenings though! Beth, Eliza, Betty, Betsy, Ellie etc. But I think I’d go Juliette Elizabeth.
