There is some stretches that can help, I've use to find them a little helpful. Try YouTube
Yes. Mine is horrific. I have been using Biofreeze gel which seems to help a little. I had it pre pregnancy and used to drink 100ml of tonic water (the quinine content helps). I have spoken to my midwife about it and we have agreed for me to trial this which so far seems to be helping!
Magnesium helps
I had this and turned out I wasn't drinking enough water 😅 it's been okay so far 🤞🏻🤞🏻 I was awful for not drinking enough 😂

I had this before pregnancy and now it's horrendous. It starts in the car driving home from work and then properly around 7pm. Currently sat with my legs on a massager. Warm baths and magnesium cream helps too x
I get this almost every evening. The tonic water advice definitely helps (I have alcohol free gin with it haha) as well as epsom salt baths. The difference it makes it crazy!
Try the cooling gel you can get for legs. That helped me last pregnancy. Don’t seem to have it with this one (yet)
I get it most of days and especially all evening but up to now, it subsides once I lay down an go sleep. I find pillow between legs can sometimes help or feet alittle higher on pillow
