Quick question

Hello, I just have a quick question to ask. I am currently 7DPO. I haven’t tested yet as I’m waiting till my period is due. I’ve been getting lots of twinges. First on my right and lower area but today I’ve been getting a lot on my left. Also feels a little like mild period pain. This isn’t normal for me. Is this a sign of early pregnancy? I’ve not really had any other symptoms other than this. Thank you🩷
