Raised ALT / Liver Enzymes

Not liver but during my first pregnancy my kidney function dropped at time of labour it was down to 57% functioning, prior to pregnancy it was completely normal, many tests, scans and consultants later they never found a cause and it's back to normal now and they just said sometimes when you're pregnant these things just happen and we'll never know why. This time they're just keeping an eye on my Kidney function this time but so far it's fine

Have you taken paracetamol recently? Sounds random but when I was having some investigations done previously my ALT was high, around 187, and they asked if I’d been a bit poorly and used paracetamol which I had and they said that’s most likely why. They retested 4 weeks later and it had gone back to normal x
