I just wanted to see if this was normal or not as I see some people saying they have a really good relationship with their midwife!
Im under the riverside midwife group and have had 3 appointments so far and I haven’t had the same midwife once.
Do I just have bad luck that the same midwife isn’t available on that day or do they change a lot?

Oh that makes me sad. I'm with the Castle team and have had the same midwife for both of my pregnancies. I've just been signed off with my last baby and I'm sad I won't see her again! Maybe you've just been unlucky and your midwife has had holiday/sick leave.
I was under riverside and saw the same midwife through my whole pregnancy, apart from 1 appointment I think
I saw my midwife once, then I saw about 3 different ones. I sent my midwife an email about a booking error and never got a reply or saw her again. They kept saying they didn't have appointments that towards the end, I had to go to a different site and also not have a final appointment. This was 2 years ago and as a FTM I'm was disappointed with them
I was with the Riverside team and I too had someone different for every appointment unfortunately, all lovely ladies but was never consistent
