Babies arms are stiff
My baby has always really had super stiff arms. It’s been more noticeable at playgroups ect when doing exercises including lifting her arms up and things but she is meeting all her milestones and plays with both hands. Pulls up, is trying to crawl and eating with both hands fine. It’s more she seems to resist. Even when she is being picked up her arms go out super wide and are stiff but then she relaxes. Is anyone’s baby the same? Trying not to worry to much as I have mentioned it to my HV, but google scares me!
I am in no way an expert but I think my baby has some tightness in their hip or a leg somewhere. He favours one side and now that he's crawling he is on one knee one foot rather than all 4s. He's happy and not bothered and meeting milestones etc etc but I've been trying to find a few stretches to see if anything changed - he isn't into it as he'd rather be crawling 😂
